Latest research consistently shows that employee well-being is a better predictor of staff’s productivity than job satisfaction. It has been shown to be a key determinant of organisational performance and the key driver of employee engagement.

HR and OH&S professionals hold that there is a clear link between the wellbeing of the workforce and organisational performance, a belief that is borne out by the Buck Consultants research confirming that the primary goals behind employee wellness programs are to improve worker productivity and to reduce presenteeism and sickness absence.
