Rewards

Healthworks®' Rewards is a proven system which motivates your employees to improve their health.

It's based on a customisable online tool which allows you to track the progress of your employees through your health and wellness program.

The Rewards program gives you a proven, strategic approach to incentives. It's designed to not only boost your participation levels, but actually boost genuine engagement with your program.

It can be directly integrated into your health and wellness program, no matter how simple or complex, or how big or small.

How it works

An employee can achieve a Gold, Silver or Bronze level by engaging in healthy behaviours such as exercise or healthy eating, or taking part in your organisation's scheduled activities.

Each employee records the activities they've completed each day, week or month, via an easy-to-use online tool. For each activity they receive a certain amount of points. Their goal is to reach Gold, Silver or Bronze levels and win a prize.

As manager, you decide what prizes you offer for each level, and how many points you want to allocate to each activity. It's completely customisable to your organisation and your budget.

How we help

When you join our Rewards program, you'll work with your own Healthworks® Guide who will help you develop your wellness strategy. We will help you:
  • build a list of activities, based on your employees need's and your organisation's goals
  • assign points to each activity
  • select appropriate rewards
  • rollout and manage the system.

How to get it

Rewards is built-in to Healthworks® new evidence-based health and wellness system called WellSteps.

You can also use it as a standalone add-on to your existing health and wellness program.

To find out more about WellSteps or Rewards, email us or call us on 1300 90 10 90.
