Healthworks® Healthy Heart program is the ideal way to make employees aware of their current risk status. To ensure high risk employees improve their condition, this check should be implemented as part of a wider Risk Managment Program including Move Well programs such as Outback Walkabout, Eat Well programs such as Chews 2 Change, Nutrition and Exercise Seminars, and booklets.
