Health awareness events can be really effective ways to shine a light on a particular topic. You can piggy back on these well-organised events to give your own activities a boost.
The organisations running the event will often have resources such as posters and flyers you can use.
If you’ve already planned out your program for next year, you can still use this calendar to your advantage. There’s enough variety there that you can choose events to suit your plans. For example, there are mental health events in July, August, September, October and November – you choose which ones work for your schedule.
