We know that the best way to support our mental health and wellbeing is to work on it every day. By taking small, consistent steps, we’re able to build lasting habits that lead to great change. This year, to empower you and your team to take control of your mental health and wellbeing, we’re inviting you to join the four week Activate My Wellbeing (AMW) Challenge, which has been designed to activate all facets of wellbeing.

Created by a Doctor and a team of health professionals, the Activate My Wellbeing Challenge is based around key themes which all play a part in helping us find balance and boost our mental health and wellbeing. Through a series of weekly tasks, activities, videos and live interactive webinars, participants will be provided with the tools and knowledge needed to create healthy habits leading to a happier, healthier lifestyle.

Ready to Activate Your Wellbeing? Here is what you will get.

Access to the AMW Website

This year, we have moved the entire challenge online, so participants will have all challenge information found in one convenient location. Participants will be able to log in to their personal dashboard to track their wellbeing and their progress throughout the challenge. The platform is mobile responsive and can be accessed from mobile, desktop or tablet.

Weekly Tools, Tips and Activities

Throughout the challenge we will be sharing educational insights, tools, tips and tricks along with our challenge activities which will all be algined to the weekly themes.

Weekly Wellbeing Webinars

Each week participants will have access to two different webinar topics aligned to the weekly themes. Participants will be able to register for as many of the webinars as they would like. Content will be recorded for viewing when convenient, providing participants with the option of getting their family on board to work towards prioritsing their wellbeing together!

Weekly Virtual Exercise Classes

Throughout the challenge weekly exercise classes will be held virtually, allowing participants the ability to build their physical health and fitness in the comfort of their own home. The classes will be delivered live and will also be recorded for viewing when convenient, providing participants with the option of completing the sessions multiple times throughout the challenge.

Weekly Virtual Meditation Classes

Throughout the challenge weekly mindfulness meditation classes will be held virtually, allowing participants to understand the benefits of meditation and how to get started. The classes will involve a theoretical component as well as a guided mindfulness practice. The classes will be delivered live and will also be recorded for viewing when convenient, providing participants with the option of completing the sessions multiple times throughout the challenge.

Daily Wellness Trackers

Within the AMW platform will be a series of daily health and wellbeing trackers. These trackers will help participants pinpoint areas in their life where they may have lost focus, encouraging them to prioritise those important facets of wellbeing.

Weekly Emails

Each week of the challenge, participants will receive emails providing information about each theme plus direct links to the weekly educational information, activities, webinars and classes.

Posters

Each week we will provide educational posters sharing additional information and the latest insights into each theme. These are perfect for displaying around your workplace and motivating your employees even further.

Wellbeing Resources

During the challenge participants will be provided with educational resources aligned to the themes.

Engagement Report

Survey results (where completed) will be collated with other engagement data (e.g. webinar attendance) and data used to provide insights into the mental health and wellbeing status of your workforce. These trends will help organisations shape future mental health and wellbeing initiatives within their workplace.

Reminder Notifications

SMS reminders can also be utilised to provide push notifications to encourage participants to get the maximum benefit out of this challenge. Each participant on the will receive regular messages to complete weekly activities, and register and attend the weekly webinars.
