Exciting news! Jacobs has signed up to the Activate My Wellbeing four week challenge!
The challenge has been designed to activate all facets of your wellbeing through weekly activities based on key pillars of mental health and wellbeing: Building Support, Rest & Relaxation, Physical Wellbeing and Nutrition for Wellness,
