National Stroke Week

Jeans for Genes Day
Australians unite on Jeans for Genes Day by wearing their favourite jeans, donating money and purchasing merchandise to support genetic research. - 10-14 August
Australian Sleep Health Week
Aims to improve people’s lives by promoting healthy sleep and raising awareness of sleep disorders. The theme for 2025 was “Sleep: The Lifelong Superpower“, shining a spotlight on the enduring benefits of healthy sleep throughout every stage of life. National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence
The National Day of Action is Australia’s key anti-bullying event for schools and young people. We have a wide range of mental health resources, including seminars, mental health first aid training, free mental health posters and more. - 18 August
