Bodycare Health & Wellbeing Pty Ltd (trading as Healthworks), one of Australia’s leading providers of workplace health and wellbeing solutions, today announced it is joining the Pacific Health Group through a strategic acquisition as part of the broader Bodycare Workplace Solutions group.
The acquisition represents a significant milestone in Healthworks’s growth, strengthening its ability to support organisations and their workforces across Australia.
Founded in 1982, Healthworks has been delivering workplace health and wellbeing programs to Australian businesses for over 40 years. Since joining the Bodycare group in 2018, Healthworks has combined its expertise in workplace wellbeing with the organisation’s experience in injury prevention and occupational health, creating an integrated approach to workforce health.
Bodycare Workplace Solutions founder, Dean Mohr, said the partnership represents a natural next step in organisation’s journey.
