Our mental health and wellbeing have been stressed to the limit in the past year. During times like these, it’s important that we take the time to check in on ourselves and prioritise our health. This year, to help you and your team move beyond ok, we are inviting you to a four week challenge which has been designed to activate all facets of your wellbeing.

Designed for whole organisations to take part and encourage each other in bettering yourselves and your mental health; work together to strengthen your mental wellbeing with weekly tasks, webinars and team-building exercises.

This four week challenge includes weekly themes based on key pillars of mental health and wellbeing: Building Support, Rest & Relaxation, Physical Wellbeing and Nutrition for Wellness, in order to create a healthier, happier workforce.
