As we approach R U OK? Day and World Mental Health Day, we wanted to shift the focus away from the many challenges that 2020 has thrown at us and instead focus on the facets that contribute to mental wellbeing!
Over the next five weeks, we invite you to join in on our R U OK? Challenge and together we can focus on areas that can help us all restore balance, refill our ‘tanks’ and of course improve our mental health and wellbeing.
Each week focuses on a different theme which will be accompanied by an overview of the supporting evidence, tips and tricks to how this can help us and a selection of simple activities which will ensure we ‘walk the talk’ together…even if we are apart.
