Created by a Doctor and a team of health and wellbeing experts, the Activate My Wellbeing Challenge will provide you participants with evidence-based tools and advice to help improve their mental and physical health and wellbeing.

Dr Justine Tuffley

Health and Wellbeing Specialist

Dr Justine Tuffley holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Melbourne and additional post graduate qualifications in Mental Health First Aid. Justine’s authentic and energetic nature helps motivate and encourage individuals to adopt healthy lifestyle changes.

Elaine Stewart

Head Of Product And Innovation – Consulting Services

Elaine has extensive experience working in the health sector over the last decade. In addition to her qualifications as a Dietician and Exercise Scientist, Elaine has completed further training to become a Mental Health First Aid Facilitator and has completed a certificate IV in Work, Health & Safety.

Claire Ebstein

Physiotherapist

Our Head of Consulting Services, Claire Ebstein, has a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy along with a Graduate Diploma in OHS Management and various credentials in the mental health and emotional intelligence space. Claire has a strong Workplace Risk skill set that extends across Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management and Workers’ Compensation and is supported by formal qualifications.

Sonja Turner

Health and Fitness Coach

Sonja Turner has over 12 years experience in the Corporate Health sector; as a nutritionist, certified health coach and national program manager, responsible for the delivery of health and wellbeing programs to a broad range of clients. She has a Diploma of Nutrition, is certified as a health coach, has studied behaviour change psychology, food psychology and is a certified meal planner.

Prue Cauley

Mental Health Specialist

Prue is a Provisional Psychologist and Licensed Mental Health First Aid Instructor with a research Masters in cross-cultural psychology. She has a range of experience living and working in diverse settings including humanitarian aid in Northern Greece, the mining industry in Australia and Papua New Guinea, and mental health research in Norway.

Adam Crisp

Physiotherapist

Adam is a qualified Physiotherapist with extensive experience across both private and occupational health and rehabilitation settings. With special interest in workplace injury prevention, Adam enjoys implementing proactive measures and working with clients to prevent injuries from occurring.

David Palermo

Exercise Physiologist

David is a qualified and experienced Accredited Exercise Scientist and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement. In addition to his formal qualifications, David has completed further training as a Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Tanya Van Zyl

Injury Prevention and Wellbeing Specialist

Tanya graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2009 with an Honours in Sport Science and an Honours in Exercise Physiology. Tanya has gained extensive experience working in a variety of settings, including Private Practice and the occupational health space.
