We design, operate and manage corporate fitness solutions for major corporations across Australia. We offer group fitness classes and onsite programs that can be tailored to fit all your health and wellbeing needs. All of our programs are designed to improve your employees’ health and wellbeing while also reducing their likelihood of injury and illness.

Our Classes & Programs

We have a variety of programs that can be held onsite or at a nearby park or field. We can run classes before work, during lunch, after work or any time that suits the shifts and work hours of your employees. Programs and classes can be delivered as a one off intensive 30-60 min session or can be delivered over a set number of weeks ie. 10 weeks.

Yoga & Pilates

Yoga techniques are taught in combination with various yoga positions and breathing and relaxation techniques. Pilates is a full body conditioning workout designed to enhance muscle definition, strength and endurance.

Meditation & Mindfulness

Meditation and mindfulness techniques are proven to reduce stress. Our group classes provide life-long tools to help employees become more relaxed, calm and present.

Office Massage

Studies have proven that massages can decrease fatigue, reduce anxiety and enhance mental clarity; all of which improve wellness and productivity. Our office neck and shoulder massages help to relieve tension and provide a welcome way for employees to relax and recharge.

Foam Roller Program

Engage employees with this customised program that can be used to help release myofascial tightness around the hips, legs and throughout the back. Our foam roller program improves blood flow around the body and increases range of motion.

“Ship Shape Shoulders”

Theraband Program

Our theraband program helps strengthen postural muscles around the shoulder and spine and improve posture. It can be used as a pre-shift warm up and also acts as an effective rehabilitation program for shoulder injuries.

“Roll Me Out”

Spikey Ball Program

This customised program can be used to reduce pain due to muscle tension in various trigger points around the body. It also improves flexibility and increases neural stimulation to muscles and joints.

Shoulder Strengthening

Program

This program aims to reduce muscle weakness, correct muscle imbalances and create stronger and more stable shoulder joints to reduce chance of injury. This program is run by qualified physiotherapist and candidates receive a personalised exercise program.

Functional Conditioning

Program

Our 10-12 week functional program is tailored to address the unique physical demands of the workplace. Exercises are designed to build strength, flexibility and stability in areas where employees need them most to ensure they are physically conditioned to safely carry out their day to day manual tasks.

Core Stability Program

Our core stability program focuses on improving strength, endurance, balance, posture and neuromuscular control of the trunk and extremities with the aim of reducing injury risk. Helpful to improve spinal and postural control.

Knee Strengthening Program

Knee strengthening works in short, controlled sessions to increase muscle endurance and develop good techniques and movement patterns, which assists with daily tasks. This program is run by qualified physiotherapist and candidates receive a personalised exercise program.

Ankle Stability Program

Our ankle stability program aims to assess and strengthen the stability of employees' ankles. This program is ideal for any role that involves a lot of walking, prolonged standing, twisting, stairs, getting in/out of vehicles, etc where ankle stability is crucial to reduce the risk of injury.

Functional Movement Screen

A Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a scientifically validated screening tool that identifies individuals who may have an increased risk of sustaining a musculoskeletal disorder by testing a worker's functional and fundamental movement patterns.

Our Team of Experts

We run and manage your fitness programs for you. Our program managers, supervisors and support staff develop, implement and monitor fitness programs and classes for your organisation and for each employee. For ongoing programs, we continuously monitor and assess your program and employee participation, providing reports and ongoing recommendations.

Each program is run by an experienced and qualified Occupational Physiotherapist. They provide individualised attention, giving employees advice on technique, alternatives for those with injuries and ongoing motivation and encouragement. All Physiotherapists undertake extensive post-graduate study in Occupational Health to ensure we are able to provide you with the highest quality services.

Together, our management and physiotherapy teams will educate and empower employees by providing them with the tools and techniques to prevent injuries and take charge of their personal health and wellbeing.
