Are You Ready To Activate Your Wellbeing?

Activate My wellbeing is a 4 week virtual wellbeing challenge designed to teach individuals how to activate all facets of wellbeing. Each year, the challenge is designed around different themes which contribute to supporting positive mental health.

We know that the best way to protect our mental health is to work on it every day. So this year, the focus is on taking small, consistent steps that support mental health. If done repeatedly, this can lead to great change.

The challenge is broken down into 4 x weekly themes, and individuals are encouraged to complete tasks and attend webinars connected to the weekly theme. This year’s weekly themes include: Creating Connections; Eat well Move more; Rest, Relaxation & Sleep; and Self Care.

This challenge is designed for whole organisations to take part in and for employees to embark on a journey to better themselves and their mental health. The end result is a healthier, happier workforce.

Weekly Emails

Each week of the challenge, you will receive emails providing you with information about each theme along with healthy habits to add into your daily routines to improve your wellbeing.

Tools, Tips & Activities

Throughout the challenge we will be sharing educational insights, tools, tips and tricks along with our challenge activities which will all be algined to the weekly themes.

Wellbeing Resources

During the challenge we will provide you with resources to educate you on the themes and help you integrate the new habits.

Access to the AMW Website

This year, we have moved the entire challenge online, so participants will have all challenge information found in one convenient location. Participants will be able to log in to their personal dashboard to track their wellbeing and their progress throughout the challenge. The platform is mobile responsive and can be accessed from your device.

Weekly Wellbeing Seminars

Each week we will be running two different webinars aligned to the themes. Participants will be able to register for as many of the webinars as they would like. Content will be recorded for viewing when convenient providing participant with the option of getting their family on board to work towards prioritsing their wellbeing together!

Weekly Virtual Exercise Classes

Throughout the challenge we will be running a weekly exercise class, allowing participants the ability to build their physical health and fitness in the comfort of their own home. The Virtual class will be delivered live, but will also be recorded for viewing when convenient, providing participant with the option of completing the sessions multiple times throughout the challenge. Participants also have the option of getting their family involved in the classes as well, prioritising their fitness together!

Weekly Virtual Meditation Classes

Throughout the challenge we will be running a weekly Mindfulness Meditation class, allowing participants to understand the benefits of meditation, and how to get started. The classes will involve a theoretical component as well as a guided mindfulness practice. The Virtual class will be delivered live, but will also be recorded for viewing when convenient, providing participant with the option of completing the sessions multiple times throughout the challenge. Participants also have the option of getting their family involved in the classes as well, prioritising their wellbeing together!

Posters

Each week we will provide infographics providing more information and the latest insights into each theme. These are perfect for displaying around your workplace and motivating your employees even further.

Challenge Champion

Including workplace champions as part of the Activate My Wellbeing challenge has been shown to increase engagement, participation and overall enjoyment throughout the challenge. By nominating challenge champions you'll have people in your organisation to rally the rest of their team! Each week Champions will receive additional resources that can be used to encourage participation and completing of the weekly activities.

Daily Wellness Trackers

For many of us, we feel like we are ticking all of the boxes when it comes to self-care, but how are we really tracking? This online tool will help participants pinpoint areas in their life where they may have lost focus, encouraging them to prioritise those important facets of wellbeing.

Engagement Report

Survey results (where completed) will be collated with other engagement data (e.g. webinar attendance) and data used to provide insights into the mental health and wellbeing status of your workforce. These trends will help you shape future mental health and wellbeing initiatives in your workplace.
