This year, to empower you and your team to take control of your mental health and wellbeing, we’re inviting you to join the four week Activate My Wellbeing (AMW) Challenge, which has been designed to activate all facets of wellbeing.
Created by a Doctor and a team of health professionals, the Activate My Wellbeing Challenge is based around key themes which all play a part in helping us find balance and boost our mental health and wellbeing. Through a series of weekly tasks, activities, videos and live interactive webinars, participants will be provided with the tools and knowledge needed to create healthy habits leading to a happier, healthier lifestyle.
