Are You Ready To Activate Your Wellbeing?

Nearly all of us have experienced a deterioration in our mental health and wellbeing in the past year. During times like these, it’s important that we take the time to check in with ourselves and prioritise our health. This year, to help you and your team move beyond OK, we are inviting you to join our four-week challenge which has been designed to activate all facets of your wellbeing.

This challenge is designed for whole organisations to take part in and for employees to better themselves and their mental health. The Challenge encourages individuals to work together to strengthen their mental wellbeing with weekly tasks, webinars and team-building exercises.

This four-week challenge includes weekly themes based on key pillars of mental health and wellbeing: Building Support, Rest & Relaxation, Physical Wellbeing and Nutrition for Wellness, in order to create a healthier, happier workforce.

Weekly Emails

Each week of the challenge, you will receive emails providing you with information about each theme along with healthy habits to add into your daily routines to improve your wellbeing.

Tools, Tips & Activities

Throughout the challenge we will be sharing educational insights, tools, tips and tricks along with our challenge activities which will all be algined to the weekly themes.

Wellbeing Resources

During the challenge we will provide you with resources to educate you on the themes and help you integrate the new habits.

Weekly Wellbeing Seminars

Each week we will be running two different webinars aligned to the themes. Participants will be able to register for as many of the webinars as they would like. Content will be recorded for viewing when convenient providing participant with the option of getting their family on board to work towards prioritsing their wellbeing together!

Branded Emails 

Each week participants will be sent a variation of emails detailing the contents of the challenge. By choosing to go with the team building model, you'll really be able to make this challenge yours - with each of the communications branded with your logo.

Branded Posters & Activity Sheets

Looking for branded posters and collateral? That's exactly what you'll receive if you join your organisation up to the challenge. These are perfect for displaying around your workplace and motivating your employees even further.

Challenge Champion

By nominating a challenge champion you'll have someone on the team to rally the rest of your organisation! Each week we will be communicating directly with the Champions, providing them with tips and tricks to help rally the rest of the team to get involved in the weekly activities.

MOHR Self-Care App

By joining the challenge as a team, your employee's will have access to the MOHR Self-Care App. For many of us, we feel like we are ticking all of the boxes when it comes to self-care, but how are we really tracking? This tool will help participants pinpoint areas in their life where they may have lost focus of, encouraging them to prioritise those important facets of wellbeing.

Reminder Notifications

The MOHR Self-Care App will also be utilised to provide push notifications to encourage participants to get the maximum benefit out of this challenge. Each participant on the team based model will receive notifications reminders to complete weekly activities, and register and attend the weekly webinars.

Engagement Report

Survey results (where completed) will be collated with other engagement data (e.g. webinar attendance) and data used to provide insights into the mental health and wellbeing status of your workforce. These trends will help you shape future mental health and wellbeing initiatives in your workplace.
