Mental Health Week
Mental Health Week is celebrated all around Australia, with each state adopting their own theme and holding their own events each year. We have a wide range of mental health resources, including seminars, mental health first aid training, booklets, free mental health posters and more. - 10 October
World Mental Health Day
A day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. - 9-15 October
Foot Health Week (TBC)
Encourages everyone to look after and love their feet. - 12 October
World Sight Day
A global event meant to draw attention on blindness and vision impairment. Vision testing can help detect some conditions early. - 15 October
Global Handwashing Day

Sock it to Suicide Week
