Veolia Heart Health Checks

As part of its employee wellbeing program, Veolia has partnered with Healthworks to provide heart health checks across its Australian site network. Complete the form below to enrol your site today.

Why are heart health checks important?

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in Australia, yet it is largely preventable. To help encourage positive heart health among its employee network, Veolia has engaged Healthworks to provide our premium heart health checks at its sites. These 20-minute heart checks are designed to assess current health status and cover the following range of risk areas:

  • Blood pressure,
  • Cholesterol (full breakdown),
  • Blood glucose,
  • Cardiovascular disease risk score,
  • Diabetes risk score,
  • Body composition measurements, and
  • Lifestyle coaching.

What are the fees involved?

The healthy health check fees (excluding GST) are as follows:

  • Half day (11 checks/3.5 hours): $765 for checks + $100 for courier + travel (for sites outside metro areas, if required)*
  • Full day (21 checks/7.0 hours): $1,762 per day + $100 for courier + travel (for sites outside metro areas, if required)*

Pricing includes:

  • Consumables and follow-up letter for individuals to provide to their GP,
  • Program management and custom marketing materials,
  • Online booking system access,
  • Digital storage of results and consent, and
  • One de-identified corporate report that is inclusive of all sites (sent to head office).

6.       Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

6.1. Circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule delivery of the Services before we have delivered or completed delivery of the Services.
6.2. If, after a Service has been contracted and scheduled, you seek to vary the time, place, nature, or size of that Service (reschedule) or cancel by providing written notice, the following may apply:

    • a) Where your notice of reschedule is received by us after we have agreed to the dates, times and locations of the service, an administrative charge of 15% of the total contract value will be charged or;
    • b) where your notice of cancellation or reschedule is received by us 7 to 21 days before the scheduled date for the delivery of the Services: you will pay us 25% of the Fees billable within the proposal; or
    • c) where your notice of cancellation or rescheduling is received less than 7 days to 48 hours before the scheduled date for delivery of the Services: you will be bound to pay us 50% of the Fee quoted and agreed upon as per the Proposal; or
    • d) where your notice of cancellation or rescheduling is received less than 48 hours before the scheduled date for delivery of the Services: you will be bound to pay us 100% of the Fee quoted and agreed upon as per the Proposal.
