Look out for the monthly calendar near the beginning of each month.

It will give you ideas to inject fresh energy and enthusiasm into your wellness program.

    Provides an opportunity to raise awareness of hearing impairment and ways to protect your hearing from the damage caused by loud noise.

    World Salt Awareness Week
    This campaign helps raise public awareness of the damaging effect of too much salt to our health.  This year’s theme is “It’s time for ACTION on salt.”

    International Women’s Day
    A global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. It also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. This year’s theme is “#BalanceforBetter”.
  • 10-16 March
    World Glaucoma Week
    Over 300,000 Australians have glaucoma, yet 50% don’t even know it. The yearly event is for raising awareness of glaucoma, including essential information about the common condition.

    Brain Awareness Week
    Brain Awareness Week (BAW) is the global campaign to increase public awareness of the progress and benefits of brain research.
  • 13-17 March
    World’s Greatest Shave (leukemia)
    “Together let’s shave the world!” A fundraiser to help Aussie families beat blood cancer.
  • 13-20 March
    Coeliac Awareness Week
    Highlights the importance of the gluten free diet as a medical necessity for people with coeliac disease. This year’s campaign is “#treatglutenseriously”.

    World Kidney Day
    World Kidney Day is a global awareness campaign aimed at raising awareness of the importance of our kidneys.

    World Sleep Day
    World Sleep Day is an annual event, intended to be a celebration of sleep and a call to action on important issues related to sleep.

    National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence
    The National Day of Action is Australia’s key anti-bullying event for schools and young people. This year’s theme is “Bullying. No Way! Take action every day.”

    International Day of Happiness
    March 20 is the International Day of Happiness and this year’s theme is “Happier Together”, focusing on what we have in common, rather than what divides us.
